Complimentary standard shipping within Canada
New professional device purchases include complimentary standard one-way shipping within Canada to serviceable standard commercial destinations. Systems ship as insured, crated freight with a scheduled delivery appointment once your order is accepted and your training date is set.
Non-standard destinations
Remote, northern, island or ferry-dependent, limited-access and other non-standard destinations may incur additional charges. Any such charge is disclosed to you before dispatch.
Special access and placement
Stairs, rigging, hoisting, unusual handling, additional labour and non-standard room placement are not included in complimentary standard shipping unless confirmed in writing. Our team confirms delivery access with you (doorway width, elevator, loading dock, parking) before dispatch so there are no surprises on the day.
Delivery dates
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
On receipt
- Inspect the shipping packaging before signing and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Report apparent or concealed transit damage with photographs of the packaging and the unit as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unpacking, installation and calibration are completed with your clinical training, not left to the carrier.
