Returns, reservation deposits and warranty

Professional devices. Professional medical and aesthetic devices are final sale once an order is accepted and inventory, production or fulfillment has been allocated. Verified manufacturing defects, incorrect goods supplied and transit damage are handled separately under the applicable warranty and shipping process and mandatory legal rights.

Accessories and other returnable goods. Eligible unopened, unused and uninstalled accessories, and other specifically returnable non-hygiene-sensitive goods, may be returned with prior written Return Authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. The customer pays change-of-mind return freight. No restocking fee applies to eligible unopened returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Reservation deposits. Credited in full toward the equipment purchase price. Refundable until the order is accepted and equipment, inventory or production capacity is allocated; thereafter non-refundable except where Laser Equipment Global cannot fulfil the order or applicable law requires otherwise.

Warranty. New Pro 1 Laser professional devices carry a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, unless a product-specific written warranty states otherwise. Warranty service begins with technical diagnosis and may include covered parts, repair or replacement as appropriate under the written warranty. Exclusions: ordinary wear and consumables; misuse; accidental, physical or liquid damage; improper handling, storage or maintenance; unsuitable electrical supply; unauthorized repairs or modifications; damage caused by unapproved parts or accessories; use contrary to the applicable operating instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws that apply to your purchase. To start a return, claim or service request, contact us with your order number.
